About Coach Stacy
I'm Coach Stacy and most people know me by my tagline, "When you're moving, you're improving!" My passion is promoting healthy lifestyles and physical activity. I've hosted fitness and health segments on both television and radio and emcee a variety of school assemblies and public events geared toward fitness and wellness. I was formerly featured as the Fitness Expert on Channel 9's Colorado & Company. I'm a Personal Trainer at my own fitness studio in Golden, Colorado and teach a variety of fitness classes at St. Anthony Hospitals' Health Passport program. I'm also the Founder of Fitness Scouts, a corporation whose mission is to educate youths and adults on healthy lifestyles and fitness, and Executive Director of Fitness Scouts' nonprofit arm, We Play It Forward, whose mission is to create opportunities for participation in fitness and athletics through monetary and equipment donations.
